1. About Cosyknot

Cosyknot creates personalized, custom-shaped pillows using photos submitted by customers. Each product is made specifically according to the customer's selected photo and customization.

2. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Provide a photo that you have the right to use.
  • Carefully review your order details before submitting payment.
  • Ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Custom Products

Every Cosyknot pillow is individually made based on the image provided by the customer.

Because of the personalized nature of our products:

  • The final product may have minor variations from the original photograph.
  • The exact shape and appearance may depend on the quality and composition of the submitted photo.
  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing.

We recommend uploading a clear, high-resolution photograph for the best possible result.

4. Customer-Provided Photos

By uploading a photograph, you confirm that:

  • You have permission to use and reproduce the photograph.
  • Your submission does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
  • The photograph does not contain illegal or prohibited content.

Cosyknot reserves the right to refuse an order if the submitted image is inappropriate, unlawful, or cannot reasonably be used to create the requested product.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can enter production.

We may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments. Cosyknot does not store your complete credit or debit card details.

6. Production & Shipping

Because each product is custom-made, production requires additional time compared with ready-made products.

Estimated production and shipping times displayed on our website are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Production volume
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather or natural events
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Customs or other circumstances outside our control

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided where available.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because Cosyknot products are personalized, customized products generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the issue.

We may request additional information to determine the appropriate solution.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Cosyknot name, logo, graphics, text, product designs, photographs, and other original materials, belongs to Cosyknot or its respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Customer Content

You retain ownership of photographs you upload to Cosyknot.

By submitting a photograph for an order, you grant Cosyknot permission to use it as reasonably necessary to:

  • Create your customized product.
  • Process and fulfill your order.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Resolve production or quality issues.

We will not use your personal photograph for marketing purposes without appropriate permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:
