Because every Cosyknot pillow is custom-made from your photo, each order is specially created just for you.
30-Day Easy Returns
If you're not completely happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please provide your order number and photos/videos of the product so we can review your request.
Custom-Made Products
Since your Cosyknot pillow is personalized and made specifically from your submitted photo, custom orders generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the product.
However, if there is a problem with your order, we'll make it right.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Order
If your pillow arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- With a printing/production issue
- Significantly different from the approved/submitted design
- As the wrong product
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Depending on the situation, we'll provide a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return/refund is approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because personalized products go into production quickly, cancellation or changes may only be possible before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Photo Quality
For the best result, please upload a clear, high-quality photo. Cosyknot is not responsible for differences caused by low-resolution, blurry, heavily cropped, or poor-quality photos supplied by the customer.
